Intensive Course (Spanish)

Within an intensive course (known as Bildungsurlaub) you are entitled to 10 days of paid educational leave per annum (up to age 25, then every two years).
It is intended to make it easier for you to participate in specific seminars and events every 5 days during working hours and to regularly renew your professional competence.
